Hello! Looking for Weed ID :)

Hello to all. It's been AGES since I've posted on Gardenweb. Used to hang out on the Tomato and Veggie Gardening boards yrs ago. Now I'm back in the game and this time, learning about the green things that are growing around me that I DIDN'T plant. lol!

I have three mystery weeds that I'd like to get identified.

The third one is tallow tree, Triadica sebifera (or Sapium sebifera).

It is a foreign plant and EXTREMELY invasive. PLEASE KILL IT.

The first two look like some type of elm, with the first resembling an American Elm if they grow in your area. The last one also bears a resemblance to cottonwood.

Have you asked at your local office of your Texas A & M University Cooperative Extension Service? It can be diificult to post really good pictures to identify a plant here.

Tallow tree is invasive in Houston & on the coast, but OP's zone 8 might be in the Dallas area, where tallow is a nice shade tree.
