Hi there

I am new to Canada and have recently moved to a house in Brantford which has a hugs backyard.Unfortunately the previous owners did not tend for it at all and all I have now is a yard full of weeds. I can only identify Clovers and dandilions amongst those.I asked for professional help but they gave up saying they have never seen anything like this before. I am very busy with work but am willing to take time out to try and fix this problem.Can someone please tell me what I need to do and what time of the year since I am new to the country and have no idea about gardens/yards:(

I do know I shud be pulling the weeds out and then outting some fertiliser and reseeding but wud appreciate if someone can give me time line for the same.
