They don't need anything else. If they were healthy when you left, they already have all the mulch and fertilizer they need. Adding fertilizer in particular may only lead to more problems caused by too much fertilizer. They don't need it. Tomatoes are tough and you'll soon see new growth if you just let them do it on their own. It's easy to do a lot of harm when you try to "help" too much!
