Unknown Weed

I found a weed in my yard & cannot identify it. It had already gone to seed, so I don't know what its' flower looks like. I have attached a photo. I want to find out what it is & if it is poisonous. I live in Northeastern Nevada. Can anyone help me identify it or give me the name of a website where I can go for help? Thank you.
