If it is a nutrient problem, and that is a big IF given the weather conditions you describe, it is most likely too much nitrogen and not enough phosphorus. Big glorious healthy plants with small or few fruit is a sure sign of too much nitrogen. ;)

Plus with that weather you are likely also experiencing blossom drop (see FAQ). Are your plants in-ground or in containers?

Dave, thanks but read again. No blossom drop. too many flowers- too many fruit. No problem at all there. They set fruit like crazy. Might be better if I removed some. Just getting ripe too amall. Could it be too much phosporus? Very hot day, very cold night, Bright hot sun, wind every afternoon. Yard grown.

If they taste bad, the fruit may be aborting on the vine then turning color before ever reaching maturity.
