I have this vine growing in a few places in my garden located in Maida Vale Perth WA.
Is very ropey , quite strong suckers. It shot suckers about 10 meters above ground along my fence line and puts suckers below ground were shoots pop up. I have just dug one up and ripped it off my passionfruit vine , it had a quite large trunk. I also cut two from my other native trees. Only seemed to appear this year.
Can anyone identify it and any control methods ?
