LOL -
10 bucks says that you'll need a medic once they turn color!

Oh look...Cannibal is opening!!

Only $10?? I think it's a sure bet I'll need some medical attention before I get toms.

You should have seen me when my FIL was alive and the sneaky guy used to steal blushing toms when I wasn't around for his fried green tomatoes... sick thing was I KNEW he had taken them!

This is a *NEW* Cannibal, Holly, the last one had already bloomed and then over the weekend I went to take a picture of it (to document it's progress, jeez I should get me a life!) it was GONE...

Gone? As in "Poof" gone? What a shame, but at least you have another! It would be really interesting to see how it progresses, if it survives.

Someone's FIL (here, if I remember correctly) was saying that his/her FIL was taking pleasure in hanging bananas from the tomato plants. And let's not forget the clown that hung T-Bone steaks from his! Ahahahahaha!

Gots me a feeling that my retirement is gonna be a whole lot of fun!

very nice pics.

Gone as in dried up and crusty. I don't know what happened to Cannibal... then yesterday I went to find *new* cannibal and new cannibal is no where to be found either... so may be that 'funky bloom' has major difficulty being pollinated or some screwy something... but cannibal is gone - thankfully I have it documented, right!? Hardy-har!

I need tomatoes.
