Is This Blight?

This is my first year growing tomato plants, and I don't know if this is blight or some other problem. It appeared 4 or 5 days ago and seems to be getting worse. Leaves are yellowing then turning brown and crinkling up and falling off. The yellow is only on the leaves not on any stems. There is a ton of new growth on the top and it seems to keep growing. I have 4 plants, planted in the ground in a row. This is the 2nd plant in the row and the 4th plant is also showing these signs but not nearly as much. This plant has had a ton of blossom drop and only 11 tomatoes. I am in So Cal and the temps for the past week have been an average of 98 degrees. Could it be too much water or maybe not enough cause it is so hot and dry? I have been watering every 2-3 days.
