Tomato blossoms gone

I have read about blossom drop, but this looks like we have had our blossoms nibbled off, all varieties in one bed, from about a foot high on up. We did have one tomato horn worm sighting and it was eliminated. We do have stink bugs and I am working on controlling them. What we do not have is a lot of foliage on many of these plants. It looks like something has eliminated all of the leaves, but I don't see anything capable of it. Any ideas what is going on?

Wouldn't ya know it, the year I plant the most tomato plants I get the least fruit? grrrrrrr.
