Tomatoes In Containers

I have a plum tomato plant in a large new container with MG Moisture Control potting soil; using the water from my dehumidifier after sitting overnight and fertilizing with MG for tomatoes. I have about 70 lovely tomatoes! but now as they have ripened, some of the last not getting to full size, the plant seems to be dying. The leaves are curling at the edges, some are turning brown and drying out. With the fruit mostly off the plant is there any chance of pruning it back and reviving it? It has sprouted a few new leaves here and there.

Thanks.
