Sure, most any food mill will do the job, some types better than others. You'll find several different discussions about the various types and brands over on the Harvest forum here.

Foley-type food mills are the least expensive, Victorio and Roma brands a bit more $$.

Here is a link that might be useful: Example of a tomato mill photo

I used a mill just like the one Dave linked to for the first time this week. It is great!!! I could separate out skin and seeds from bushels of tomatoes in very litle time.....if I had that many. As it was, I took care of several large bowlfuls in 10 minutes. Just quartered raw tomatoes, put them into the hopper and started to crank. So easy. It filled two huge pans with juicy tomato sauce that I cooked down into a thicker sauce. I would definitely recommend this type of mill if you plan to do alot of processing.

I did pull out my smaller, cheaper Foley mill that I've had for years when I cooked a smaller two quart pot of yellow tomatoes. I usually cook the tomotoes and then run it through this metal mill without waiting for things to cool down. It works okay for small batches, but I've never been very happy using it for large scale processing.
