How do you connect the bench to the wall?

Love the openess under the bench for heat vents and outlets. How does the bench connect to the wall and support weight from multiple people. Thanks

    The bench is built like a cabinet, and was made by our carpenter. It is permanently attached to the wall, and has support at multiple points from the seat to the floor.
