Sure looks like your guess is correct, at least from the photos here: http://www.spiderzrule.com/spider3.htm. And if it is correct then it would seem to be a male judging from the small abdomen, in which case it is very venomous, and aggressive. Thank goodness I don't get anything like this in my neck of the woods; you are either very brave or very lucky taking that much of a closeup.

I am seeing this first time in my life, It looks so smart and beautiful. It has beautiful hands as well unlike others. Nice to watch this. Is this dangerous or human friendly..?

If it is indeed a funnel web and although it appears to have beautiful "hands" I wouldn't be too keen to shake with it -- it might be the last thing you do :)
