Tick Infested Worm Farm

I have a Indoor Stackable worm farm. I wnt to harvest castings the other day and OH NO hundreds of baby ticks in my worm farm. I have had Lymes Disease once and I am not fond of getting it again.

Is there a way I can kill them without causing harm to my worms.

Can someone help me with my problem ASAP please.
