help ID spiders

Hi,
I recently planted a Japanese Thunderhead Pine in my garden. A few weeks later, I noticed a ball of what looked like tiny spider eggs in the middle of a web. The eggs hatched and now there are these super tiny spiders running around on the web. They still "ball up" most of the time.
Can anyone tell me what they are?
Do I need to worry about them for any reason?
