My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Iris,

    I apologize, but all of our designs are custom and we do not offer any plans for purchase. The structure to the right of the porte cochere is a three car garage. The rear elevation consists of a long covered veranda that spans the length of the residence which would be ideal for a waterfront property. I hope you find this information useful and please let us know if you are ever in need of an architect for your future project.

      Thank you so much for your reply. I would just like to know the placement of rooms and such. What is on the right side by the frive thru? WE have 1500 feet of waterfront that we are going to build on eventually and wonder what the back looks like and iof this house lends itself to waterfront. are there bue prints for this house that are available? Thanks again and any info would be appreciated. Iris
