Hi - I grow tomatoes from seed every year. My favorites are Brandywines, but I also like Early Girl, Sungold, and San Marzano. One problem, particularly with the Brandywines, is that I get a huge amount of fruit for a couple of weeks, and then it kind of slacks off. So I was wondering: if I were to start some of my seedlings later, would those later-started plants have their big flush a little later than the main crop, or would they just catch up with the others and still all fruit at the same time?
