new ice machine

I was at a kitchen appliance store about a month ago and a sales person told me about a new ice machine that makes Sonic ice. The ice machine was Japenese made but I can't remember the name. The appliance store didn't even have it on the floor. They'd just gotten it in a day or two earlier. Do any of you know anything about this new machine or its name? Thanks,

Sandra

hoshizaki very good commercial brand ice machine but now they make a residential i think it is called cubelets and it is the good small ice that has air in the nuggets so it is soft to chew like some restraunts have ...i sell them they are pretty reasonable priced too ..approx 2500

Is this residential ice machine, the Cubelet, loud, large, and expensive? what can you tell us about it?
