LOL Fertilitycommunity.com which is probably not a huge forum following, but matters to me LOL

For home forums, I don't do much more than GW since they have everything here, but I did trip over an old link once I hope to find again...which reminds me I need to post that question in the old house forum.

Lets see--

thefloorpro.com
Johnbridge.com
contractortalk.com
HGTV.com
HGTVPro.com
floorstransformed.com
DIY.com
selfhelpforums.com
backyardforums.com
stoneadvice.com
diynetwork.com
Ikeafans.com
dirtygrout.com
jlconline.com
contractorspub.com
tilerspace.com (British forum)

And then there's always

themadfisherman.com
Maine B.A.S.S. Federation Nation message boards
BASSInsider.com

I THINK I got em all! :-)

Wow!

igloochick - dh and I participated in IVF in the early 80's. When my nephew and his wife gave birth as a result of the process, we felt like grandparents. Possibly what Dr's learned from us contributed to their success! Back then, it was called test tube babies and everyone was so freaked out about the process.

-we ended up adopting with no regrets.

Bill! When do you find the time to be so helpful to everyone? You are amazing! I am bowing to you, seriously. Thank you!

It's not all that, believe me. I go into maybe 6 or 7 of them several times a week. The rest of them less frequently. The THS forums are the only ones I go into multiple times a day. In the last week, in addition to the THS forums, I've been to John Bridge's, the two HGTV forums, Contractor Talk, JLC Online, and the Floor Pro.

You are an online tile-guru rockstar, Bill!!! Thanks for all the help over the years...and I have more tiling projects to come! (I wonder how many THOUSANDS of people you have helped to avert catastrophe in their DIY tiling projects?? hmmm....)

I wonder how many THOUSANDS of people you have helped to avert catastrophe in their DIY tiling projects?

If that's the case, I consider my time on line a success and well worth the time.

I wish I had 'met' you before our downstairs bathroom re-do. It has been a nightmare that I will never repeat, thanks to all your time. That sweet smell of rot is a smell I will never forget. It is pungent.

Im retired and disabled and have in my lifetime, done a lot of DIY projects as well as having paid to have some done that I messed up. I read and comment on some 30 + DIY forums and others. My favorites are
The Garden webs of course
Terry Love Plumbing Discussion
This Old house
House and Garden
Master Plumbers.com
plumbing.com
DIYchatroom.com
doityourself.com
and off the DIY home subject I spend a lot of time in
mercedesshop.com because I collect and drive old Mercedes.
Additionally I write a blog on DIY projects and product updates and how to's.
Needless to say it keeps me off the streets..LOL
Richard

Faucetman, I'm bowing to you too. I listen to you all with a very careful ear. Thanks for staying off the streets.

I've been locked into activist websites since 1994 and all this is kind of new to me.

(I drive BMW's, except for our Prius, who our college kid has on loan. He's currently driving the most miles.)

Here is a link that might be useful: My online neighborhood

Oh, the only other forum I have been on, if it even counts, is babycenter--helped a lot through all three of my pregnancies, but they have since changed the format, so I don't visit there anymore.

Only other two places online I regularly frequent are facebook and cragislist.
