Rangetop decision?

We are building a house and we are being forced to make a decision on our kitchen appliances asap. originally thought we wanted a 48" professional gas range, (they are so very beautiful, but I am a self admitted lousy cook!) But Two weeks ago I slipped and fell - hard - and herniated a disc. Needless to say, bending over to put anything in the oven or take it out is absolute agony. So from a practical perspective we decided to go professional rangetop and wall ovens.

After spending hours shopping this past week we have narrowed down to the following- we only have LP available to us:

viking 48" sealed burner with griddle and grill

wolf - same

thermador - star burners- same config

ge monogram - same

does anyone have experience with any of these brands? and experience with the grill or griddle on these brands? track record? reliability? mess factor? anything that comes to mind?

finally, what would you choose? also need to pull the trigger on fridge/ ovens/ dw but will get to that later in another post!
