It's one of the better in floor electric heating systems.

I used Warming Systems, which was cheaper than Nu-Heat. So far so good!

NuHeat is one of the better products with very good service to back it up. As a result it can be a little more expensive than some of the other products. Theirs is a little different in that it is a "blanket" instead of an open mesh like most of the others.

SunTouch, Warmly Yours, they've been around for a while too.

Bill, have you tried Laticrete's mat? Haven't looked into it on my own, I don't know if they make it on their own of if it's 3rd party.

Mongo-- It's a terrific product. If you like working with Suntouch, you'll like Farenheat. They're both pretty much the same system.

I think our tile store sells (or promotes) Laticrete's system so I'm glad to read that you like it Bill! Another place nearby has Nu-Heat on display.

I know this has been discussed before, but any we should seriously avoid, and of the ones listed by Bill and Mongo above, any preferences or favorites (e.g. similar but perhaps better after-sale support...)?

Good Morning Bill.

We are getting ready for a large Nu Heat heating pad over concrete today in Vancouver. The client has chosen the Nu Heat system for his False Creek Condo which has polished concrete sub floors.

I'm thinking about using a little 253 Gold to set the pad with. What do you think?
