36" df ranges that will hold a full professional baking sheet?

I have one week to make a decision on my 36" df Range. Would like the wolf but it does not hold a full pro baking sheet ( WHY WOLF? ) Anyway, want the same or close quality of the wolf. Looking at the American Medallion and I was just on their site and they are not even showing it as an option anymore, don't know why yet too late to call. I believe the ge monogram holds a full sheet also. What other ranges hold full sheets. Looking for even baking when all the racks are full without having to move pans around. Any info helpful, also any American medallion owners out there with feedback would be awesome! Thanks much!

I TOTALLY AGREE! i took my sheet pans to showrooms and couldn't believe wolf didn't hold them. so i found that GE monogram held a full sheet pan and Blue Star. after almost one year of trying to figure out what appliances i'm getting, i decided on a blue star 36inch range. BLue star is not duel fuel though if that's a concern for u.

Hi Kitchen, thanks for the response! Are you a baker? I make wedding cakes myself and after looking at the ag vs df I decided on the df. Did it bother you that the inside height of the wolf seemed to fall short, meaning if you used all three racks there is not that much space in between each rack for baking if all three racks were loaded with pans which in my case they would be. People who have them say the baking is even but in my case it is cakes, not cookies and one rack right on top of the other for wanting uniform baking bothers me. Thanks much! : )

Hopefully Rhome will chime in, but let me briefly relay her Momogram experience in case she doesn't. Rome is a mother of 8 children who bakes all of her family's bread products, makes several pizzas on Friday nights over a couple of hours, and uses the oven for other meal cooking. She owned double Momogram ovens and found to bake very unevenly. She was very disappointed with the baking results and eventually had GE buy the ovens back. Then she moved onto Wolf. IIRC, an engineer she consulted said the oven technology wouldn't be able to bake evenly, or something of the sort.

If you search the forum for her name and Monogram, you'll find many posts on the subject including from other unhappy members who bought Monograms around the same time who weren't as lucky to get GE to buy their ovens back.
