if you can get a phone line you might be able to get dsl if you are within 18000 feet of a terminal.

Most of the wireless companies have a TOS that prohibits running servers. I think a real time web cam might count. They also have data limits of around 5 GB a month. I think you would exceed that, unless you used it sparingly. You would also probably need 3G service to watch in real time.

Another thing to consider, if you stick a web cam up to watch construction, you might get a real negative response from the subs. Nobody likes to be spied on.

Contact a wireless internet company (such as Xiocom)... they can set usually set you up with temporary internet access and a webcam with a live video stream.
