Snowflake Table

Still putting away Christmas decor, it's snowing here again today. So why not use another set of dishes and set another snowy table. These Gibson dishes were one of my kids and I only have 3 of the salad plates.

Used ornaments on napkins in place of rings.

I haven't used these snowman candle holders before becuz they lost their carrot noses. But I used the end of the paint brush and gave them black one. Didn't use the napkin holder but added it since I have it.

This shows the trees turning to the pink and purple tones.

Hope all of you were ready for another one of my tables.

I need to go fix lunch and do some laundry, later.

Punk, I think your table is delightful. Great fix on the the snowmen candle holders! The one under the large goblet looks like he's in a snow globe. The plates are just right. Those trees are too cool! I'm really glad you posted another table. I'm sure will quiet down here now that the holidays are over. I love looking at everyone's work and I'm excited each time a new one is posted.

Of course we're ready, silly girl. This is another great tablescape. Those snowflake dishes are the perfect start for such a wintery table. I love the blue glasses with the bubbles in them. The centerpiece is really creative, I love it. Sorry y'all are getting so much snow, wish you could send some my way. I finished packing up Christmas this morning and cleaning the house. I left out some snowflake stuff so I could do a table, but it will be later this week.

Ahhhh, I am lovin' your snowflake plates & the other plate under...like the linens you used...can't tell if they're dark blue, gray or black...but they sure go good with your dishes!

Love the "sparklies"...the color-changing trees & your candlelight...those slim glass candleholders are pretty cool...the ones that look like a cocktail glass?

And, of course, nice "nose job" on the snowmen! LOL! A fun table, punk! TFS! Jeanne S.
(no snow here...just deep freeze again...but sunshiny!)

Very pretty snowflake plates, which you can use all winter long. Love the ice blue goblets. The variety of candles and the centerpiece all add that special touch of whimsy to the tablescape.

That's all just too cute! Love the little guy in his dome!

Thanks Nana, I didn't think I could live w/o those cute little trees so thought I better put them to use. I'd rather play than work so it's always time for a new table.lol

Frou, I am a silly girl to think there are no others like me.lol I could browse all day if I didn't have anything to do. It's still snowing here and I would love to send all of it to you.

You must be more self disiplined than I am. I still have a few things to put away but all work and no play would make me a dull girl. Can't have that.

Jeanne, My linnens are navy blue with a shade lighter. The candle holders are Princess House. Was a set of 3 but the broken one hasn't been replaced.

Bonnie, so glad you are finding more time to be here and post with us.

Lee, thanks for your comments. So glad you have joined us. Like sis said "Remember your pw so you can come back". I lol when I read that.

Lynne, thanks & I will try to do something different with my next table. I still have two more sets of snowy dishes to try put a table together with but have months to do that.

You are all so sweet with all your comments and I enjoyed reading them.

What a delightful table. Made me smile just looking at it.
Those little trees are definitely irresistible! I have one and would love to find more. Especially as a sweet friend gave me a Nutcracker like that! I'm already thinking of a 'crystal' looking vignette next year with him, my little tree, and some little acrylic reindeer I have.
Your blue goblets are sooo pretty!

Love the 'Frosty' look and >>>
Love..Love those snowflake dishes and your glasses are just Perfect! Those snowmen candle holders fit in so well and I laughed over your funny and creative centerpiece.
    So 'You'!
Your tablecloth works so well with everything too...it's like an 'icy' backdrop for everything.

You are having fun, Punk! The table is adorable. No need to put SNOW things away, I think it will be around till March!!

I agree with Kathleen... Snowflakes are in season at least until Valentine's Day...but I prefer them on your pretty table than my sidewalks!

Karen, Jane and Kathleen, thanks for your comments on this table.

Karen, do you want me to see if I can find you a set of trees? They are spendy but should be on sale by now.

Jane, does that little snowman remind you of me? Is that what you meant by So You?lol

Kathleen, I hope the snow only lasts till March. I do have so much fun setting tables thanks to you enablers on here.

Punk, if you see the trees on sale for a reasonable price, yes I'd like to buy a set. Not sure what the reg price is so I have no clue what's reasonable, LOL. I found my one at GW a few years ago. BTW, I love your little Snowman Under Glass centerpiece. That's adorable.

Candy, am I forgiven for getting you into all these addictions you now have? ;o)

Elmaly, I agree the snowflakes are best left on the table. We are getting more snow today. Hope you will come back often and post with us.

Karen, my set of 3 tress were $75 but they should be discounting them soon. Wish I could find some at GW. I will look today and see if there are any left and get back to you.

Punk, you did another neat tablescape. Love the centerpiece with that pretty globe and the little snowman under glass. I think it was last year that Kathleen got us all to do "flake" tables--your dishes sure would have fit that theme perfectly.

Karen--no need to wait until next year for your TS, it's still winter and the perfect time is NOW! ;o)

What a fun table!! Those trees are too cool. I know they are more fab IRL cause many of my own pictures just can't capture the reality of the picture I am trying to take. Sometimes photos just don't do justice to the setting, and I can just imagine how beautiful they look as they change colors.

I like the snowman under glass idea. It is very clever.
Everything is very frosty looking without being cold.
I agree that I like the flakes better on your table than on my sidewalk.

    TFS,
    Candy
