Need tips on bath fixture replacements

We have a small master bath that needs new everything. I don't want to spend the money or deal with the aggravation of a major remodel so I am planning to replace everything but move nothing. New sink, toilet, sink cabinet, mirror, small wall cabinet, and if not too difficult a new show/tub combination that has a deeper tub than the one we have now. New piece of vinyl for the tiny floor. I would like to buy it all at Lowe's or Home Depot or a similar place and have my own installer put it in.

Is that a good place to buy? I am having trouble getting prices etc, they want me to talk to the 'designer'. I like the Kraftmaid Grand Bay cabinets in the book but can't find the prices on them.

Has anyone seen a deep tub/shower combination unit? Is it a major problem to tear out the old fiberglass (?) one and put a new one in without tearing out walls?

We had a major addition done last year and I am trying to save money and aggravation with this job.

Thanks for the benefit of your experience.
