I googled it and found a lot of information that all said the same thing, cancelled due to section 8. What ever that means. they said they were chemical strips so maybe the chemicals were not safe.

Many anti-tarnish strips are still available. Whether they are the same as the Towle version I do not know.

Forget about anti-tarnish strips. For that matter, forget about silver polish after the first clean. Just put your silver away in sealed ziploc bags. Make sure the pieces are clean and perfectly dry.

Ready to use any time you want them and easy to store. Modern bags don't have the old chemicals that used to mark silver and museums now use ziplocs to store their collections.
