this is my first post here but for months i've been using your posts as we plan our kitchen reno. i just found out about fratelli onofri ranges and love the look of them, but i'm having trouble deciphering if they are, in fact, self cleaning or not? if so, how well does it work?

also, do the knobs have the childproof push-in feature? lastly, do the knobs get hot?

can anyone help? and any other reviews are of course welcomed! thanks so much!
