It is from the pre SZ acquisition of WOLF and the prices he's throwing about are for a brand new 2011 WOLF rangetop not one from 10 + years ago.

It will almost certainly NOT be under warranty as SZ/Wolf will not be able to help the new owner and WOLF commercial in CA may be able to get parts for it but they won't be real inclined to help either. You would be buying a disposable cooktop - and 3100 bucks is not a a safe bet in my view. It also doesn't look like it's in mint condition either, unused maybe. For $1000-1500 it might be worth a roll of the dice for a gambler. Also doesn't say whetehr it's set up for LP or Nat Gas.
