For those of you not familiar with Nailite, it is a collection of 3/32" thick interlocking PVC exterior finish panels intended to simulate wood shingles/shakes, brick, or stone. The company has blamed their drop in profits on the economic slowdown but some of that blame is probably due to the rapid rise in popularity of fiber-cement simulated siding and perhaps the trend toward banning PVC by planned communities.

I am a painting contractor that can paint a faux finish onto your faded naillite siding. We recently finished a job for a customer that had the problems you are having. I had Nailite siding installed years back now. And with the weathering over the years, the siding has worn away with exposed holes. And of course it’s collected mud bees every year. I supposed it was ok, but in the directed sun it worn out faster. it was the in siding of its time.

How can I make a claim?
