Your program ideas are in direct conflict. To resolve them well would probably require a sit down meeting with an architect.

Nice plan. I would recommend moving the bedroom a bit. Not too much though. And shrink that one hallway, but not so much that it becomes smaller. I would also add more windows, but not so many that the house would have any additional windows. Lastly, I would make the dining area more rectangular, but not so much that it retains any properties of a rectangle.

Also, I'd change the location of that laundry room to the far corner to give more ease in access. The bedrooms are okay, although the smaller one seems to be a bit cramped but if it's for a smaller child it could work.

I'm just not sure about the kitchen design though.
It's a big chunk of investment and the way it is now, I think you're going to regret the layout.
Seriously, rethink that one.
