Your situation is yours to decide, of course, and with your decisions comes the responsibility for the results of the decisions.

Your architect, with her/his years of training and experience is probably the single best resource to administer, inspect and direct both planned and "unplanned" conditions during bidding and construction. After all, who knows more about your design and the nature of construction than your architect?

to your direct question, there are so many other categories on necessary information besides what you listed that it's almost impossible to know where to begin (or end). For example, there are foundation plans and details, special structural framing and details, typical and special wall sections, various details for architecturally significant construction--these are just the information in drawings.

Then there's schedules listing critical and/or desire equipment and specifications describing the quality of materials and how they are to be installed. For example, cabinet, plumbing, window/door and special equipment schedules and the like.

You are a long, long way from being complete. On the other hand, if these things don't really matter to you and you are open to the builder doing whatever s/he wishes, you are probably ready to break ground.

structural engineers are working on their part so hopefully these will be covered: foundation plans and details, special structural framing and details

our project is single floor addition of around 700sq, matching with existing house. we hope it will not be complicated.
