My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What siding is on this house? Is it painted or pre-finished?

I'm wondering if it is either LP SmartSide lap siding or CertainTeed Fiber Cement Siding pre-finished with Diamond Kote.

    It is prefinished James Hardi cement board. The trim arourd the windows and doors is LP smartside.
