Those placemats are so perfect with those plates. Isn't it fun to sit down to a pretty table? Wish I could get DH to do that--how many NCIS shows does he need to watch anyway???? LOL

My DH and I are empty nesters (well not so much during the summer......DD will be a senior in college, but was away for the weekend). We are really "finding our way" and it's been a good journey! What is NCIS? My DH is addicted to the tennis tournaments and to the Tour de France, but will DVR shows to eat dinner. Maybe try that???

Don't even mention HOT.....it has been miserable all weekend. I worked at a 40th Anniversary party on Saturday and the AC was not working properly.............
Your table looks wonderful, it is fun to have dinner and talk about the day. Our TV is off every evening until after supper. Last evening we strolled around the yard and the lot after supper, so the TV was deserted until about 8:30!!
