Rocky Mountain Cookware Master Chef Broilers and Grillers

I'm in the middle of a new house construction and the time is drawing near for me to finally decide on my range. For a long time, I've been sold on a custom Capital 60" with a 24" griddle, a 12" grill, and 4 burners. Now I've seen these RMC lift off griddles and grills, I'm wondering if that would be a better option. I wouldn't be using the grill and griddle all the time, so I'm thinking that having dedicated space on the range for a griddle and grill is money poorly spent. Plus, if I go with a removable modular route, I can go with a 48" range saving bo coup bucks and making the A/C balancing issues in my house much easier to manage.

So, all that said, does anyone here have experience with these units (http://rockymountaincookware.com/rocky-mountain-cookware-products-details.php?productID=15)? They look pretty damn well made and it's a versatile system. Any thoughts?
