how do i create an article on houzz?

I would like to create an article on houzz about a topic of interest to me, but i do not see the option to do that. How do users create articles to be featured in "this week on houzz"? Are all of the contributors paid staff or can a user contribute as well?

Hi coppertops! All the featured articles that appear on the Houzz site are written by the Houzz editorial team and contributors. You can, however, create ideabooks to appear on your own profile. If you select Article view when reading them, they will appear in the same format as the featured ideabooks on the site.

I've tried this and cannot seem to make it work. How do you create the Article view? Where does the text go?
