Hi Angel, didn't mean to ignore you but was hoping someone else might answer. I don't do the lights to the music but one of the neighbors a couple blocks down does and it is so fantastic! Their whole house and lawn are covered in lights and there is a sign displayed telling everyone what station on the radio to tune in to listen. Different sections of the lights move to the music and there are so many different colors and designs. There is a string of cars over there every week before Christmas. Not sure I know what a "voice over" is however. Luvs
