It seems that the dark cabinets will work with the granite. There are a lot of examples on Houzz: https://www.houzz.com/photos/3341-eliot-st-kitchen-modern-kitchen-denver-phvw-vp~837313 In this kitchen the backsplash looks like a grey tile.

The granite has grey in it, so the grey tiles on the floor should be OK. I would stay with a medium tone grey - not too light or dark - although I like the shade of the backsplash.

pretty kitchen... how bout a warm light gray, and ..... what do you think of glazed concete? would be very minimalistic, love your choices so far
