Covered with snow this morning after having green grass again for a couple weekend days .... might as well start on some 'Winter Decor,' then, uh!

Here's our electric fireplace downstairs ... hubby built the oak cabinet .... & one of our friends here sent me that birch tree behind the deer some years back.

The Braunschweig Pottery Santa jumped in my hand when I saw it @ Calico Hen House earlier this month .... I love pottery & after getting home & looking it up, it is made by an Iowa artist ~~ cool, uh ... very 'woodsy' ...anyway, it found a home on the fireplace!
