What is the cushion height? Where can I buy/order them?
Where can I buy the long bolster back cushion?

Hi we make the top of the cushion about 18" when possible- so it is comforatble for sitting. Usually 3" down wrap cushion. The back lumbar are custom sized but you can certainly find standard sizes-just search. Good luck-Lucy
