Hi Kathy,
We just finished building our home and moved in about 2 wks ago. We DIDN'T build the Windward, but we did use a Frank Betz plan and didn't have any issues with it. We actually used a combination of the Prescott Ridge and Templeton. I will attach some photos. Maybe this will help. I really learned a lot on this forum and I am sure it will be helpful to you as well.

Kristi - Thanks for the information and pictures. You have a beautiful home. We will break-ground in about 2 weeks. We did modified the Windward design somewhat (2 to 3 car garage). Todate, we have been unable to find anyone that has built the Windward. We live in the Northeast and there does not seem to many "Betz" homes. Thank again.

I saw that you posted a few pictures of your new house to the GardenWeb. We also are looking to build the Windward design and I haven't had any luck finding anyone else who has built this house. The photos that you posted are absolutely beautiful of the outside of the house and your view is amazing!!! I was wondering if there was any way that you could post some photos of the interior. I love the layout on the actual house plan but would like to actually see how it will look instead of just trying to imagine it! I love the open floor plan and the kitchen/pantry look perfect for what I would like to have. Also, did you build the bonus room above the garage or not?
Any help that you could give me would be greatly appreciated!

I know this post is old, but we're building the Windward house plan by Frank Betz and had a hard time finding any pictures or information. I'm hoping that our posts will help someone else in the future.
We're pouring the foundation footings today!

I would love to see finished photos of windward homes. My husband and I are planning to build it and would love input!
