Shower wall suggestions needed

We are getting ready to remodel another bathroom. This one is rarely used...it's a tiny fifth bathroom that will only be used when we have lots of company. In any case, it needs a facelift! It has a window in the bath alcove, with a formica (?) wallboard going about 3/4 of the way up the wall. We have enough leftover tile from our last bathroom that we can tile the floor, but we'd like to avoid the expense of tiling the bath alcove. Is there a good shower board or alcove material that you could reommend for this? The remodeler would have to be able to cut an opening for the window in the center of the back panel. We can't eliminate the window. I have seen Swanstone panels used in shower enclosures, but I think that would difficult to cut for the window. I don't want anything too plastic-like. Any input would be appreciated!
