A different take on the outhouse? We have the most amazing neighbors. Her backyard is eclectic style with an awsome porch that contains liveable outdoor spaces. They even have an open sleeping porch which they sleep in during the summer, dining room, and living room. We share an area above a creek that runs across our properties. Our backyards slope downwards, and she is building an outdoor mini house. She is calling it a "shed".

Her "shed" isn't finished but the neighbor next to her is what drove her to it; she calls it "shed envy". This neighbor 2 doors down, completed her "shed". It's complete with 4 walls, roof, foundation, mini ceiling fan and of course, electricity.

My neighbors are studs when it comes to outdoor living and decorating. I'm new here and I just discovered houzz.com so I will definately take pictures when I can. As for your question on ideas? If you can do plumbing, can you do electricity? Make it a little mini living area. How fun!

Lol! I assumed this was a genuine post and I didn't want to be rude. But our neighbors are very imaginative and I wanted to share. Although they didn't include plumbing I'm sure they would have if we weren't next to a creek.
