Thank you so much, emmaschas! Actually, it's a nice break to sit down at the computer for a few minutes. We closed on the "old" house on Wednesday and the new house isn't finished yet. We're officially homeless. LOL The new owners are kind enough to let us stay til the end of next week, but we're trying to get out as quickly as we can. Only problem is that we can't step foot in the new house while they're finishing the hardwoods (they are GORGEOUS!!!) and the carpet can't go in until Tuesday or Wednesday. I've been having to trek boxes from this house to the storage unit. *sigh* We'll have the movers do the big stuff Wednesday or Thursday. :o)

OT: In reading through the back threads, and being amazed at how you kept your costs so low, you mentioned getting your wood front doors from the importer. Can you share who that was and if they have an online site?

I got the doors through Miacom on eBay. There's a link below that will take you to their door listings.

FYI...the prices on their doors are $300-500 off during this time of year (slow season). They'll go back up in March. I think she told me it was the end of March, but I don't remember for sure.

Here's a pic before it was stained...$1999 with free shipping. Gotta love eBay. :o)
