Moving Files

If I want to move a file within a folder to another folder within another folder, how do I drop and drag. I can move a file within a folder to another folder but not to the folder within. I have Vista Home Premium

    Did you open Folder A to expose the folder within(B)
    Then open Folder C and drag and drop the File
    to B.?
    It works for me but I have XP

    sometimes its easiest to just drop it ontop the first folder, then drop it again ontop the folder you want it into.

    Folder doesnt need to be open.
