We just built our new home. I really love the paint color called Kendall Charcoal from Benjamin Moore. Have you ever used it and do you think about painting it as a main color in a two story foyer? Thanks

Yep - it really is. It's amazing how much a neutral can change depending on the light and surrounding furnishings. We tend to choose grays with brown undertones to keep them warm. I'd suggest painting a larger test patch on a wall before committing to anything though!
