It is so hot and dry where I live, that I just can't think about Christmas right now. I will try to come up with something later, though.

I'm planning on making denim jeans shoulder bags for the 'girls' in my family. Finally going to get out my 'bedazzler' that I just 'had to have'-last Xmas! LOL!

The best handmade Christmas gift I've received was for my kids. It was a hooded towel made from a washcloth and towel. The kid's names are embroidered on the back. It helps to keep the pile of laundry down because the kids know which towel belongs to which child and I don't have to wash theirs as often.

Last year I made my daughter and all 5 grandkids the no-sew fleece blankets. This year I made them each a small prayer pillow with a pocket and each will get a large version of the Santa Suits. Hubby made the hangers for me. The back has a slit in it so a small gift can be inserted. Each is personalized with the names. This one is for my 29 yr old eldest grandson.
