My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi, all:

I posted plans a month or so ago and you all were so very helpful. I love this forum! :) We went back to the drawing board to incorporate some of your suggestions and reduce the cost. So here's where we are now .....
