I have two that I use. I usually trade off. I have very sensitive skin and can break out quickly. I love Nuetrogena Body Lotion and L'Occitane Shea Butter Body cream. L'Occitane also makes a wonderful soap, Verbena that has shea butter and the most wonderful citrus smell... Good luck!

Origins Ginger Souffle or Gloomaway Souffle (Grapefruit). Mostly use the Ginger, love it in summer. It's whipped, so very light and fluffy, a little goes a long way. No slimy greasy feel and best of all it leaves the skin cool and tingly on hot evenings after a shower. (Has ginger, lemon, lime and bergamot among other ingredients.) My skin leans toward dry no matter what time of year, and the souffle leaves it very soft all night and next day, too. I used to use Upper Canada Peppermint but can't find it anymore. I can't use artificial fragrances/perfumes, migraine trigger for me. I can use Origins because it's all essential oils, no artificial fragrance.

I use Aveeno for legs and arms in the winter when my skin tends to be dry and flakey. Warmer months I reach for the Ginger Souffle. Love that scent!

I really like Bath & Body Works lotion. My two current favorites are White Citrus and Coconut Lime Verbena. They smell wonderful and the lotions are so creamy and make my skin so soft.

Yah, Aveeno is good stuff too, for worst of winter especially. (I use their liquid body wash year round instead of bar soap.)

If you have really dry skin or hands like I do in the winter, Nivea is great. I got some for Christmas and I can't believe how well it works. Even for my face!

I also like Crabtree and Evelyn lotions, there's one I'm using which comes in a tube and is thick and my skin really soaks it in. It's their Hand Therapy cream, which I use all over.

I've always loved how well Aveeno lasts, and use it year round. I wish it >I scented, though, but DH is sensitive to scents so this is something we both use. I've also had success with Gold Bond Ultimate Healing with Aloe, for really, really dry skin, especially fingers and hands.

Oh, and Natal......I'd rather see a picture of a cute puss than one of a body lotion anytime, glad that the link didn't work because that's a darling kitty!

I use Eucerin all year long. It lasts all day and has a clean smell. Many dermatologists recommend it also.

Jerseygirl, you're right about Eucerin. Many years ago when my son was a baby he had dry skin, and this was when Eucerin was by prescription only, and that's what the Dermatologist prescribed for him. The thick stuff in the tub, not the lotion.

Now my grandson has the same dry skin, and Eucerin is what the doctor's say to use!

Mine is Olay Quench. I used to wake up in the night and be unable to sleep because my skin itched so much, but now with one application of Quench a day, I feel great!

Hands are another matter entirely. I have bought and tried many, many kinds of hand lotion. Some were too greasy. Some had no effect. I finally settled on Nexcare hand lotion--it soaks in quickly, but still has some staying power.

Natal - Oh, that's ok! I'm glad you posted that. I was showing DH and said,"I think that one is Artie!" :) What does he have on? Mine would never wear a little robe thing like that. lol

My vote is for Eucerin, too. Regular lotion for all over, Intensive Repair Hand Cream for hands, feet and elbows, and SPF 30 facial lotion for my face. My dermatologist recommended them to me years ago.

I swim at least 3 times a week 52 weeks a year and this is the best body moisturizer I have ever used.
No scales, flakes or rough spots.
The scent is light & pleasant with no medicinal odor at all.

Someone mentioned Coconut Lime verbena above. That scent is wonderful and they use to make a lotion called "Silk" by Body works, but no more. That stuff made your skin feel just like silk,and gave a glow too, I promise. Wish they would bring it back.

I use to take baths rather than showers back in the day. And I used Skin so Soft by Avon to put into my bath, another silky skin product.

Yes, Jergens Ultra Healing is also very good! I also like the Arbonne ReFinish Hydrating Body Lotion, but it's $$$.
