Careful there has been a lot of fly by nights showing up lately, make sure you verify who they are

I have purchased two items from them which arrived in perfect condition visually and in original packing, but they are not installed yet. I would definitely call or email them if you have any questions. Their listings are not always clear as to which side the hinge is on, and the item model numbers do not always match the finish that they list. Josh is really nice when you talk to him but the proof of the pudding will be how the warranties work if anyone needs to use them.

I bought a gaggenau oven from them. Arrived super quick in orig packaging, but again I have not installed it yet.

I purchased a complete set of SS Kitchen appliances through them (at the end of 2008) and they were the most reasonable, honest and easiest to deal with. My appliances were brand new and I immediately installed and registered them online, just as I've done when purchasing directly from a local store. I had a minor issue come up w/ the dishwasher and my warranty took care of everything...I just called GE (since it's a GE Profile) and they immediately sent out a tech who fixed the issue, at absolutely no charge to me. In fact, I have been watching Josh's listings like a hawk, for a few items my parents need and plan to return to him when and if I need anything more, if he has it that is. Seriously...buy from them w/ confidence!
I did...and am VERY happy!!! :)
Happy Holidays!

ps...Would LOVE to hear how you make out.
