Hi all, the shower walls look like a product called Island Stone. There a various patterns but looks like their V-Tile. Hope that helps!

drheidib, The piece shown is part of a 2 part cladding format that interlocks to create a wavy surface with a natural face. Attached is an example of how the finished product appear once installed. To the original picture, the wedge relief is very similar and I am not aware of any product other than ours that creates such relief in this offset pattern. Hope this helps.
